These terms apply to the website www.stockholmfragrance.com (the “Website”) and govern the relationship between you as a customer and Stockholm Fragrance when shopping online.
Please read these terms carefully. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Terms of Purchase
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. Please ensure your email address is correctly entered. If any details are incorrect, contact us immediately to modify or cancel your order before it is packed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to adjust prices and terms without notice. The applicable terms and prices are those stated at the time of your order. We also reserve the right for final sales and to correct any errors.

Delivery
We deliver with DHL, PostNord, and FedEx. Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day. During peak periods or campaigns, dispatch may be delayed.

For order values over SEK 599, we offer free shipping (applies within Sweden only)

Uncollected shipments are subject to a SEK 350 handling fee
If your package is damaged, report it directly to the courier. Do not accept damaged packages. If damage is found after opening, contact the courier to make a claim. Contact us if you cannot resolve the issue with the courier.
Returns & Complaints
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you may return unused products within 14 days. Please contact us first to receive approval and a return number. Return shipping is at your expense and risk.
Returned items must be:

Unused and in original, unopened packaging

Free from stickers or markings on the product box

Packaged carefully, preferably in the original shipping carton
Do not return scented oils that have been opened or used in an aroma diffuser.

Note: Unapproved or insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted. Open purchase and right of withdrawal apply only to private customers, not companies.
Promotions & Sales
Campaign prices are valid while stocks last or until the campaign ends. Specific terms are published on each campaign page.

You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You will receive our newsletter but may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.
