Shipping & Delivery Information
We ship orders with DHL, PostNord, and FedEx. Your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox or to the nearest service point if it does not fit in the mailbox.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day. If you would like your order to be shipped at a later date, please indicate this in the Comments section at checkout.
Please note: During larger campaigns or peak holiday periods, we may not be able to guarantee same-day dispatch, but we always pack and ship orders in the order they are received.
Packages are distributed on weekdays in accordance with each carrier’s terms and conditions. The standard delivery time is approximately 3 working days from the selected shipping date, unless otherwise stated for specific items.
Deliveries are made to both private and business addresses.
Business parcels are delivered only to business addresses.
We do not accept financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, you must report this immediately to the postal agent or carrier and file a damage report.
Do not accept or collect a visibly damaged package.
If the damage is discovered after opening the package and appears to have occurred during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If the issue cannot be resolved with the shipping company, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
If you place an order and fail to collect your package within 14 days, resulting in it being returned to us, a handling fee of SEK 350 will be charged. In addition, return and reshipping fees may apply for business customers.
We offer free shipping on orders over SEK 599 – valid for private individuals within Sweden.
The above delivery terms and prices apply within Sweden. For international orders within Europe, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout after selecting your destination country.
